Stanza living chicago house-greater noida is not refunding my security money, i have asked them to refund my security money but they are constantly telling me to get the noc from kaushalya residency. As they have taken kaushalya residency, knowledge park 2 greater noida since may 2018 on lease. So as i was staying in kaushalya from last 3 years, we didn’t knew about this thing we submitted 5k successfully to kaushalya as a token money for registration. After coming of stanza living, noc was signed by us that we are transferring this token money to stanza as security money but now stanza living says that they are not having any security money and that they cannot refund me, they are forcing me to get noc from kaushalya residency but how will i approach them as they are not providing me with the noc. The issue is neglected by both the teams and they are not ready to communicate with each other and hence they are troubling me. Kindly help.
