Chikara Shop — I had ordered for a jacket by paying INR 399

I had ordered for a jacket by paying INR 399. Thereafter I got an email confirmation from chikara.in about my order.
It's been 25 days since no other communication is done by chikara.
Their website is also suspended. I think I have made a big mistake by placing order with Chikara. It's a fraud site
I wonder by Indian government is so neglected towards such fraudsters. I have been seeking lot of promotional activities from chikara for several months than it gained by trust!
And there are so many other such fraud sites are freely doing campaign on social medias like fb, insta etc. Indian government should wake up and have to come up with stringent action.
