I ordered a jacket for rupees 399 from Chikara shop site but now I am unable to find the order on the site as I am unable to cancel or refund the order nor I am able to know the date of delivery of the order.
I surely feel that it is a fraud and immediate strong action is required so that others don't fall into the trap of this fraud site.
