I booked a Tata Punch Demo Car at Chima Tata, Madurai, on March 31, 2026. As of today, 19 days have elapsed since the booking. I have paid a total sum of ?8, 00, 000. To date, the booked vehicle has not been delivered; furthermore, whenever I inquire about the expected delivery date, I receive no proper response.
Despite having paid ?8, 00, 000, they are delaying the delivery of the car. Their responses and service have subjected me to severe mental distress. I request that arrangements be made for the immediate refund of my money. Had I been informed at the time of booking that the process would take this long, I would not have booked the vehicle at all; instead, I would have purchased a brand-new car from a different dealership for the same amount. I am now left in a state of mind where I question the very decision to purchase this vehicle.
If I am required to wait this long just to receive a properly prepared Demo Car, then why should I opt for a Demo Car in the first place? I could have simply purchased a new car instead.
I find this excessive delay completely unacceptable.
