My chimney was installed on 9th september. I had purchased it from
Shivam Hardware, VN Purav Marg, Chembur East, Chembur, Mumbai, Maharashtra 400071.
The chimney was faulty from the time it was installed, however i was misguided by the installer saying that the sound levels were high in this type of model. After checking in the showroom i realised i was duped.
On raising a complain at your toll free number i was told that the fan is faulty and will be replaced. MUM[protected] is my complain number. Till date there has been no action from the company side after repeatedly calling company toll free number. Was this information helpful? |
