You people said that about service cancellation policy if we will not satisfied after one service so it happened with me
When i went to regenta inn they provided me a single bedding room in the name of couple bed room after talking at reception and long discussion they provided me a couple bed room which was not upto my expectation so i request to cancel my policy bcz m not very much satisfied with yourservices moreover whenever i tried to talk mr abdul he always not picking up my calls nd doesnt resolve my queries.
