I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding the delayed delivery of my gas cylinder. I had placed an order on [order date], and as per the standard service policy, the delivery was expected within 24-48 hours. However, it has now been more than a 168 hours (a week), and I have yet to receive my cylinder.
Due to this delay, I have faced significant inconvenience, including having to rely on hotel food for several days, which has been an unnecessary financial and personal burden. Despite multiple follow-ups with the distributor, there has been no proper response or resolution.
Additionally, I would like to bring to your notice that hawkers delivering these cylinders often supply less gas than required, which indicates potential malpractice. While my primary concern is the late delivery, I urge the authorities to take strict action to prevent such fraudulent activities.
I request you to look into this matter urgently and ensure that my gas cylinder is delivered at the earliest. Kindly take necessary steps to improve the service and prevent such issues in the future.
