My original car insurance was TATAAIG
my renewal of my car insurance is expiring on 07/09/2025.
since policy bazaar was calling on phone for car insurance, I
agreed to take fresh policy from them and accordingly i paid premium on 25Th August. After taking premium they demanded KYC, which i have done online, with great difficulty. Now they want Video inspection, which i am not aware, Had i was told this procedure i would not have changed from TATAAIG, as all they want is only premium not this lengthy procedure/ After paying premium i am stuck as due date only 07/09/2025. This has become a headache to me. Can you help me get the policy or allow me to cancel my proposal and refund the amount so that i could go to some other insurer.
