"There is an ethnic wear brand named 'Choli Market' from where I ordered a dress. Their return policy mentions that a product can be returned within 48 hours, but the brand will refund the amount after a 20% deduction. I was completely okay with this. However, when I received my parcel, the dress turned out to be too short for me. I immediately started calling and messaging them for a return, but received no reply. After making many calls, they finally dropped a message. When I explained the issue to them, they gave me today's deadline for the refund. Consequently, I have been calling and messaging them since this morning. I don't even know how many times I must have called them by now, but there is absolutely no reply from their end.
