Christ Nursing Bureau — Bad service & non refund of security deposit

I took baby care(nanny) service from Christ Nursing Bureau(Christina Pillay) from 18th Nov'15.For they charged me a Security Deposit of 3000/- Rs, saying this will be refunded once service gets terminated.The payment per month was finalized as 9000/- per month which includes 1000/- Rs of commission of the bureau.The nanny named Pooja who used to come for taking care of my baby started asking for raise in salary just from 5th day, saying she needs transportation cost.10th day she started saying she needs her 10 days salary as she is getting higher paid job.We informed the same to bureau what Poojas intention were.On 14th day we clearly asked Pooja whether she will com or not after she gets the salary.On that she said, she comes only for salary and once gets salary she will not come from next day.She also said she may might make mistakes.Hearing this we informed the bureau that sh has no intentions to work here and my baby may be at risk, so we are sending hr back and need replacement.To this christina agreed and said sh will provide new one by 2-3 days.It had been 5 days, but the bureau was not able to provide replacement, so i asked Christina to return my security deposit so that i can try with some other bureau.But she argued and said she will not return deposit as she had provided service for 14 days.My say was 14 days service is not a service and she didn't stood as per standard of service provided.I went to Alandi police station on 6th Dec for complaint, but they said i need to approach consumer court for this.Neither she paid my deposit neither she paid pooja.
