Chunmun Stores — Store not ready to exchange the product even when they commited to do the same

I purchased ethnic dress for my Kid from Chunmun Store Opulent Mall Ghaziabad on Sunday, 16th March 2014. Next day when I went there to exchange it as we didn't like it they refused to exchange the product because they have policy of no exchange for ethnic wear Dress.They didn't communicated the policy to me at the time of purchase and it is written in very small letters in there ethnic wear section on the top of the wall and it is very hard to read.Moreover they didn't communicated the policy to me at the time of purchase. At the time of purchase the salesman even commited that dress can be exchanged incase we don't like it.The staff was very rude once we asked them to return the product.I have returned the money to store without getting any other product.
