Pathetic service. They will surely wreck your planned trip. I had booked a bike and called the guy in the morning about the status of the bike. He asked me to come and get the bike at the pick up time. To my surprise, the bike was not available when I went there for its pick up. In fact, even my money hasn't been refunded yet. I wouldn't recommend Wheelstreet to anyone. I had to cancel my plan because of them. To make matter worse, their customer care number is always busy and they wouldn't even respond on email Was this information helpful? |
