Cigarsindia.in — Fake Company. Takes money never sends the goods

Hello, Want to share a bitter experience I had with the website "Cigarsindia.in" . I purchased two cigars from them (which they never sent). Upon purchase they mailed me their account details and asked me to deposit money to that account. Its been 2 months since then and I haven't yet received my cigars !!! Most of the time they don't even bother to pick up my call and when he does (he goes by the name "Joy") he describes a new problem: 1- Our Shipments were held up in Customs. 2- I had sent it to courier by it got held up somewhere. 3- When you ask him for courier booking number, consignment number. I will get the info and get back to you soon. If not I will reship the item. Thought I should share. Please be careful. Company Details: Website: CigarsIndia.in Account Name - Catalyst-Concepts, Inc. A/C No. [protected] Account Type(Company Account) - Current Account Bank Name - State Bank of India, Bangalore. I am sure they are not even a legit company, probably smuggling the goods via illegal route and also cheating the customers.
