Cisco India — exploitation in employment

These folks operating at Cisco South India office are educated, predetermined, hard-core, committed criminals:
1) Anupam Tehran, Director of HR
2) Raghuveer Krishna, Senior Engineering Manager, this guy is in my permanent quarantine, I think.
3) Shannu Kaw, Director of Operations
4) Ivy Mendonca, HR Business Partner
They deleted my CSCO account illegally, ceased my ID and specifically medical card at Cisco office venue. Destroyed my earnings. Destroyed my reputation at workplace. Defamed me severely. Caused serious damage to my career, education and reputation. And Cisco Ethics global office is like a jokers-house at SJ. Clowns sitting at Cisco Ethics told they are not in power to help or listen anything. I will be telling all of that to this whole world in sometime.

This people made me scapegoat into a POSH case that too from an female employee. They misused Indian constitutional laws and made me to resign from office with threat that they will terminate my account if I don't resign.

I complained to Cisco America office, they tried later became helpless quoting that Cisco India has done things to fulfill legislative requirements of Indian legislature.

I complained to Human Rights, they disposed telling, only public servants they can address for exploitation of labor.

I complained to police by email, no response from them. I complained to PMO, they disposed that they forwarded it to state-level labor department.

I also sent legal notice to Cisco India they replied by back-dating their letter (Courier date is mismatching), that they will defend in court.

Hello Sir/ Madam,
I want to inform and keep you update about criminal activities at Cisco Systems office, Cessna Business
Park, near Bellandur New Horizon College, Sarjapur Marathalli, Outer Ring Road. I am living peaceful, at
Bengaluru city, past 14 years and not even a traffic violation case was registered on me. Being honest,
peaceful and proud citizen, I never felt oppressed in this country. But Cisco Systems, India office did very
serious criminal activities: Cisco Systems Management threatened me to resign and leave office
immediately. My performance was top and Cisco India was earning a lot of profit from my hard work. I have
documents to support this. I was forced to sit at home for more than 100 days and suffered unemployment
for more than 2 months. I had complained to Cisco America office, then Cisco India told them, we have
removed to fulfill legislative requirements of the country. Cisco America refused me to help, quoting that
Cisco India is telling, whatever is done is, legislative acceptance and constitutional procedure of India.
Further to that, Cisco India forced Cisco America team, to stop talking to me. This is highly inhuman and
cheap. I want to mention, Cisco India incited me a condition to suicide, threat for my life, serious problems
to my old dependent parents, destroyed my employment and earnings, destroyed career and caused serious
defamation to my reputation at office and eventually outside office as well. Cisco India misused, ill-crafted,
forged and disrespected constitutional laws of the country. When I was jobless, they laughed and mocked,
who will hire me, where I will get job. And lifetime, Cisco any branch worldwide will never hire me, if I try
with Visa to other countries. These directors and managers at Cisco India are educated and high-income
criminals: Anupam Tehran, Director HRD Raghuveer Krishna, Senior Manager Shannu Kaw, Director of
Operations Ivy Mendonca, HR of Business Unit If possible, please take necessary actions on Cisco India
company, on directors and managers of this company, I will lodge my complaint at other appropriate places
as well, including office of Human Rights Commission. As an India citizen, even I am small person, but I
have to oppose injustice and have to report it to everyone, as much as possible, I will fight against powerful
