I joined citiclub on 19/5/2015 . I was told that they have their 7 floor building in t nagar which is situated in a acre of land. I told them that my main aim was to hve my baby's birthday party for which they said the party room is sufficient for 100 - 150 persons. I was given a spl admin number which was allocated only for the ford employees(though i m not one ) but no one picked the call for three days and no good response from the executive who gve me all these fake promises. Atlast now they are saying that they wont refund my cash. No movie tickets sent, no access card was given, didnt get the promised petrol card and the 3000 debit voucher. I am unhappy about their service and their premises which was shown like a good ones. I didnt use any of their service and thus i request a refund Was this information helpful? |
