Citi Finance Kotak Mahindra Bank — Citi finance with kotak mahindra bank calls

I have received calls from a guy on 13 Aug 2022. He was asking that "your father has taken loan from citi finance in the year 2005" and approx 7, 000 amount was due. My father was expired now. As per my knowledge The said loan was already cleared. Due to citi finance closure at the year 2006 or 2007, we have no noc documents for that. Now the guy asked me to pay approx 7000 amount via online kotak bank link or he create a arrest warrant, also he said, as your father expired, court has the right to capture your movable property which will be around 40, 000 cost. Again he said me that we already sent you document and visit letter to your house. but we did not receive any kind of letter from last 15 years. I have asked him show me the proper documents so that i can able to understand the problem. Also i have asked him to provide me the house address in which you have sent us the letter. The guy replied we cannot show any kind of documents as the case already handed over to court. Now at the same time he is also telling "Can you pay money now"? i did not understand how to deal this type of guy. Also with out any documents how can i able to understand the situation of past 15-20 years? i can provide the guy mobile number if needed. Please suggest me in this regards.
