I had availed a loan from citibank as mentioned above - for purchase of Maruti Suzuki 800 on[protected], vehicle No. KA05 MF2609.
The purchase was made from Sagar Automobiles - 39/2, Bannerghatta Road Bengaluru 560029.
I have received a letter : Reference: Cover Id: 264104 dated[protected] from Citibank Anna Salai PO, Chennai - 600002
confirming the CLOSURE OF THE ACCOUNT after receiving all payments related to the loan.
The Vehicle is Hypothecated in Favour of : CITICORP MARUTI FINANCE LTD - HAYES ROAD BANGALORE IN THE RC BOOK With The Regional Transport Office Jayanagar Bangalore South.
I need an NOC as per RTO rules in form 33 for change of address, and also Form 35 to remove hypothecation seal from the RC Book.
My vehicle will complete 15 years on[protected].
I needd your help and guidance to complete these two documents on an urgent basis as there is not much time.
All this while I just could not locate Citicorp Maruti Finance Ltd office and just came to know that the company has closed its office and taken over by citibank group itself.
I am from Bengaluru, and I need to change my residential address in the RC book and also remove hypothecation mark in RC Book.
Please let me know how to go about this?
My address in the loan documents was my Jayanagar Banaglore Address.
