Dear concern,
With respect, i want to bring to your kind notice that 4-5 days earlier on last week, i have seen an advertisement in facebook & placed an order for a ""designer kurti"", under"ethniczone.in", of product price rs.249/- + rs.122/- (For delivery charge = total rs.371/-.
Today, i have received my product from / through"citiz mart", delivered by"aramex", and found that this product is totally different product.
This certain product i have received is just a piece of""dupatta"". I tried to reach to the certain phone number-[protected]. But the number is continously not reachable.
Thus, i want to return this product immediately and want my money back.
So, i request you to please do the needful to return this product and refund my amount of rs.249/- soon.
Hopeful for a further response soon.
