Hi team,

I ordered saree from okwomen, com online website.

Order no:33561

The quality is not good and we are not satisfied.
Let me know the procedure to return the goods.
Please can me the detailed procedure to return back as soon as possible.
I have paid cash on delivery rs 664 which is not worth to that saree.
We are not happy with the product so want to return immediately.

Hello,

I have ordered the saree in online Citizma and I received different products poor quality. also I said cancel over phone to delivery boy but still they delivered forcefully

I ordered a saree around 5days ago and the product wgich was shown and which is delivered are different as hell so provide me the option of refund and the nunber is not eirking on shipment receipt.
