I had a NRI account with City Bank for more than 15 years. City NRI branch closed my account in February 2023 without proper advance notification. I had a good amount of money in my account at the time of my account was closed in February 2023. It’s more than three months. They didn’t return my money to date. I sent few emails to them and talked to City Bank representatives. I requested them to electronically transfer the money to my other account. They didn’t take any action so far.
