City Bank — personal loan emi was not deducted

Hi team,

My emi date is 01st of every month in city bank & amount will deduct from hdfc. I have the sufficient amount in my account. This month amount was not deducted. I thought sept 1st is sunday & monday vinayaka chavithi this is the reason it was not deducted but should be on 03rd sept. This is very first time happening for 15 months. Could you please resolve the issue?
