I applied for Personal loan from city bank for amount 5.8 lakh. This was loan transfer case. But I found they credited 50, 959.90 only on 12th Jan-16 and rest of amount they said I would receive through bank draft via courier. But I did not receive this courier till 18th Jan-16. I called to customer care, they mentioned interest rate would be applicable from 12th Jan-16 for whole amount even I have not received bank draft of 5.3 lakh.
It is my complain for wrong interest amount charge from city bank. Was this information helpful? |
