City Club — Got money for membership and told they will the emi and return back the money

Hi,

I got a call from city club for membership and they told if you take membership you have lot of advantages while going for vacation and lot of commitments and I have paid 15000 they told me that they will convert my money in to emi and return back the money to my account. I am making call daily and chatting but no response from them. They did not even give membership card.
