I rented washing machine from cityfurnish in the first week of January 2020. They provided it by asking for security amount of 1200. I used it till the month of May and paid my rent regularly. Corona pandemic forced me to move out, so i asked them to terminate their service. So they collected their product in working condition with no faults and no dues on 20 June. After that they stopped replying my mails regarding my refund issue. After many complaints they replied pending rent is the reason for non payment of refund. I provided them invoices. After that there is no reply from anyone from the company. Either they have not updated their system or they are doing it intentionally.
