I was pursuing my graduation from Lucknow university and recently I was selected in the mh law cet with a 99.17%ile. It was not possible to get a migration from college because I didn't had a marksheet, so i requested my school to issue me a duplicate transfer certificate which was turned down by the arrogant principal.
She even said unethical things like, "I will not issue you a duplicate transfer certificate, you are free to do whatever you can. "
"I got nothing to do with your future. "
It was disheartening to hear these harsh words for a tc after submitting a huge amount of money in the form fees.
