Citycargopackersandmovers — Refundable amount not being returned

I had booked services of CityPackersandMovers to transport my scooty from Pune to Kharghar Navi Mumbai. Initially they gave me a quotation of Rs.2000/- stating Service charges and Insurance extra. I asked them how much extra, I was told it will just be nominal amount. I paid Rs 2000/- as advance payment. The scooty was picked up at Pune on the 3rd May with delivery promised in the 4th May. After taking the scooty an invoice of Rs 9617/- was raised and I was asked to pay the balance of Rs. 7617/- out of which Rs.5900/- amount taken as Insurance and GST amount was refundable after delivery. Delivery of the scooty was made on the 7th May 2026 instead of 4th May 2026. Now after delivery has been made the agent is not taking my calls and not refunding Rs.5900/-
