I am extremely disappointed with your service and would like to raise a formal complaint. Before the payment, your team followed up regularly and assured me about the AI weekend classes, but after I completed the payment, there has been absolutely no response. Your support team never picks up calls, and there has been no communication, updates, or class details shared. This kind of behavior is highly unprofessional and misleading. It feels like once the payment is done, customers are simply ignored. This is one of the worst service experiences I have had, and I expect an immediate response and resolution.
