Its a Well Designed SCAM..

I have taken the membership on July 2023 by paying 1 lakh 27 thousand plus 18% interest due to credit card. Thet offer us 5 years tours 7 to 15 days tour each year the complimentary service of 2 movie tickets/month + 3 Dining bills (of Rs 1500each) + Free hall for event + gym service per year for two persons by looking at the services I was
impressed and they convinced me for it (THATS THE REAL TRAP)

Now it has been a two years now no service they are providing they say you pay for the service upfront and send us the bill we will pay you. They have not paid since year for the bill I have send, forget of getting monthly service same with the dinning bill service. They will never pick up the phone they will never callback if you visit the office, they will not entertain you instead they will say email us. I have written lots of emails they will just reply with the excuse and later on will stop replying as well. Same If we want to book for vacation.

The only service they provide to me was of movie tickets that too with full of mental harassment we have to email the details of the movie and we have to remind them 10 times via phone call to provide tickets and if you are lucky enough will get the tickets at the last moment. Few a time we did not received the tickets because their email service was down, no electricity, ticket portal is down these were the reasons I was provided.

Instead of taking there membership even If I had put my hard earn money in bank FD I would have seen movies every month with the interest money that to with a mental peace.
Forget of the vacation I do not have the courage to go on vacation with classic pride because I can guarantee you, they I will give me mental harassment.

They are just using our money for other things their staff do not have knowledge of any thing they are hired to just listen to customer complaints hence they do not care of the customers as they even know nothing is going to happen.

Now there office is also closed, only one phone number is answered by a person (say working from home) who do not disclose the address as well as phone numbers of his seniors/manager he said he will arrange the call but since then no updates.

I planning to file a complain on this fraud company. I want my money back with interest.
