I got a call from this company and they said they would give me a free gift of a laptop if i do a online shopping of 3000 rs or above. So i ordered something. After few days they said me that i should pay a amount of rs.12852 in the name of gstcharges for laptop or they won't deliver the product. After paying the gst charges they delivered me wrong shipment that i refused to collect. When asked they said me that by mistake wrong shipment is delivered and they will send the right one. Now they demanded one more payment of rs.10000 in the name of insurance of product. So they would give me delivery that i refused and asked for refund. They are saying they will not refund as per the policy of company. It's been around a month. Why should i pay for their mistakes?
