Classplus — Frauds and cheats

I saw ad on facebook and filled my details. I received a call and then a demo session was held.
Mr. Nikhil has made wrong commitment to me. He didn't tell me that he would upload the app in his own play store developer account and asked me to make payment. He kept calling me and messaging me to expedite the payment. When i made the payment, I immediately called him to confirm that the app would be uploaded in my play store developer account. He refused on phone. I immediately sent him email to stop my work and give me refund in case he was not willing to upload the app in my developer account. He said that he would update me on the matter. I kept sending him emals to get an update, but he didn't revert. 3-4 days later, i received a notification that the app has been uploaded in his developer account. When i again emailed Mr. Nikhil about it, he reverted saying that i would not get refund and i would have to use the app in his developer account. He also told me that i was rude to him on phone whereas the only thing i told him on phone was to give me refund otherwise i would approach court. I have everything on email.
