These are pictures of the bmc office located on the link road, borivali (West). The pictures give you a view of the dismal condition and the way the authorities have been maintaining the place. It has become a dumping ground for all confiscated items such as vendor carts, banners etc and all these items are haphazardly dumped in the premises. You will also notice that the garbage is overflowing from the bins and spread all over the premises. There are 3 adjoining residential buildings and as a result of all the materials and garbage that is dumped there has been an increase in the mosquitoes which increases the risk of spreading disease. Due to the garbage lying around there are also hygiene related issues which impact young children playing in their building play areas. There have been several attempts made to the rc ward officer, mr. Atul rao but the complaints have fallen on deaf ears. Was this information helpful? |
