Cleanpest — Package sold is not in line with the promotion

This is regarding my listing with Justdial company. Their sales person name - Mr. Vishal, renewed my contract in premium service by making me to pay Rs.1.05 Lakh. He showed me their promotional video https://youtu.be/SiobUJQtYH4 on YouTube. It sound logical to invest the money, but later I realised their app is not performing as per the commitment. There is no notifications pops up promptly while receiving the new leads. Money get debited automatically from wallet without even we grab the lead. Quality of the leads is poor and irrelevant.

Now since the package has started, I have been complaining to Justdial Mr. Chirag Parmar (So called customer care Manager) Mr. Altaf and Mr. Vishal to stop the services and refund my money. We are not interested to continue with this kind of faulty services.

Customer care (Chirag Parmar) is unprofessional and do not understand the concerns. Bluntly he is saying, service has to continued without any choice and refund will be initiated.

we had faith in just dial and that is the reason we made full advance payment. Now when Justdial is fail to meet the promises they should refund the money.
