[Resolved]  Clear Vision Group Of Real Estate Kharar — Not Refunding Payment

March 13th 2023 We visited their office CLEAR VISION GROUP OF REAL ESTATE in kharar through a friend's reference, they showed us a re-sale flat in Darpan City kharar Mohali. At that time we discussed everything about that property they took a tokan amount (Rs 51000)against that property behalf of they only hold that property and said that amount is totally refundable in case any if or but or in terms of change our mind they will refund tokan amount that was mutual understanding from both side. They gave assurance that property totally safe and no disputes linked with that property, after 4-5 days we visited that property and got to know that there were some parking facilities issue and also property was disputed. We visited the Property dealer's office. I clearly told them all the issues and asked them to refund our money because in future we can't take risks by buying that kind of disputed flat, but they started shouting on us. They denied everything and tried to convince us to buy that flat, but clearly told them we are not interested in buying that flat. They refused to refund our payment. They called my wife also and argument with her too. Shani Kumar residence o[censored]na Himachal is the main person who is dealing with this, it's been more than 20 days since they just made fake promises that they will refund the amount but only days are passing but they are not giving my money. It's my hard earned money I can't let them do this to me. I request to you please take action against them so that other person not get in their trap. We also have call recording and all transactions details.
