This is to raise a complain against the extremely poor service from cleardekho right from the eye sight check-up camp until the delivery.
On September 4, 2021, clear Dekho had set up eyesight checkup camp in my society where they suggested that there’s change in eyesight power and spectacle for both me and my mother needs to be changed.
They took the frames in the pretext of changing the lenses for 3 frames (2 of my mother’s and 1 was mine) with advance of INR2000 and deliver in 3 days. However there was radio silence until the 6th day. I called the given contact number and I’m told that my specs were not ready and will be delivered the next day. It is 7th day now, delivery person came with incomplete order - specs demanding full payment with balance of INR1300 of 3 specs.
On calling back the same contact number- your executive Nandini is telling me that operations have told her that there’s an issue with the spectacles and it is very much possible that frame may get damaged.
So in the nutshell, you are demanding me payment for the full order, not delivering the full items, provided no information on delivery date or the delay, no concrete answer on delivering the order and on top of it, also possibly damaging my frame.
I no longer need any service or delivery of service from cleardekho. I only gave these frames for myself and my mother to cleardekho as I was promised delivery in 3 days. However for past one week both o[censored]s- I who works over 12 hours on laptop everyday and my mother who is aged were managing and waiting for delivery of spectacles based on cleardekho’s false promises.
I seek compensation for the inconvenience caused to me and my mother. And also, I seek full refund of my advance payment and return of all my 3 frames with original lenses as I do not have faith in your quality of product looking at the bizzare level of service. Was this information helpful? |
