Cleartitle Properties Bangalore — Illegal layout in natural equation

Had a harrowing experience with this company. They had sold me this plot, claiming to be DC converted but it was not. SInce they sold off the plots, they aren't concerned about developing. There's no road, no electricity, no water. Since the layout is neither approved nor DC converted I;m unable to build a house also. Totally useless. These guys deserve to be jailed for conning people.

i personally have never faced any problems or issues with this company and the marketing and after sales team is excellent and know their job, I am really happy with the developments and i have taken a plot and started the construction also, almost my two floor are ready in the project, expect this year i will shift, I got the bank loan even form a nationalize bank

Water is already there
Electricity is there, my construction is going on, i suggest everone to please check the project before you go to this review, i am sure this is some miscreants have posted this review, i personally dont know the reason behind this negative reviews, but my experience was good wiht this developer and i suggest to check the facts and go for the property, this review are not what i know about my property, Natural equation is a green heavenly project, i assure once you visit, you will sure book one, if you are a nature lover, "BEAUTIFUL PROJECT AND REALLY GOOD DEVELOPER"

We bought a new construction property.
sales team was very patient throughout the process.
they took the time to explain the buying procedure for new construction homes.
they gave us the valuable suggestions while negotiating with builder.
I think that definitely gave us better deal. Not only this,
but Mr sahil had been a good advisor in terms of suggesting us from where to buy the appliances etc.
I think sahil is very honest and isn’t pushy. He gives his honest opinions
and enables buyers to make the independent decisions.
I think that is very important to me as a buyer.and also
We are planning to buy next home in few years and I would definitely hire cleartitle properties for my family.

Could someone please provide some insight on cleartitle Early Bird project is coming up near Kodthi Gate. Any information on this would be really helpful. I could not see any post related to that ...

I inquired abt the plots in Early Bird on 27 Feb, they say almost all plots are sold. I am surprised that all corner plots are booked. Managed to get one plot of interest. They only gave 4 options, whilst other plots already booked. I am negotiating for a price of 3k.

Hi i am also interested to buy plot in Early bird, kodathi gate. they quoted 4000rs/sqft excluding registration .really does this worth for money?. i think still its in panchayath katha. pls share your experience about early bird if anyone is booked?
