Click 2 Complain — Misbehaving and take my excess money

Hello Sir/ Ma'am . I am ratika das from shapoorji . Today morning i was travelling shapoorji to college more in 239/b. The fare is 15 rs. . I was giving him 100 rs. And he returned 30 rs. When i was complaing to return the rest of the money the bus conductor start misbehaving me and did not returned of the money.. is it fair enough to stole my money or is this any kind of new rule to harrased to common public who used to public transport?? It's a very terrible experience . I want the result otherwise they are harrased by us day by day. Tha'ts why i complain against the bus conductor and hoping for the result otherwise it is very shamefull.
