I have ordered one black Stanley(replica) tumbler from ClickmyCart.in ..even before ordering I had words with them about their quality, policy, exchange everything ..they were polite enough to convince me to buy their product.They gave me 300 rs discount also I got surprised also they sent me pictures of good tumbler and after that I thought this is a reliable page and company, they have their insta page also so I bought that product.The time i received that tumbler, I opened it but then that tumbler lid was very rough also not closing properly, it had some scratches on it .I just simply messaged them within 24 hours that listen this tumbler lid is not closing properly, the lid silicon rubber also very much visible and also sent them pictures.Then they started teaching me how to close tumbler lid 😂I told them I know how to close this is not the first tumbler at my home I have 2, 3 tumblers but they were just trying to convinced me bla blaa.I told them to arrange an exchange cos defective lid they sent to me, they said we can’t arrange exchange or return we have only two days policy, I said I am messaging you since I got this product you guys are so unprofessional and giving me late replies.Also I got pissed with them cos I was messaging them and they were replying after two days or three days, I tried to call them they dint pick my cal not even they called back I as if they don’t want to talk to me. I have all the proofs chats everything.Now I don’t want anyone like me trapped from this website or page.I am attaching screenshots of tumbler here also attaching proofs of their poor service it’s been a week I am dealing with these guys they are literally harassing me.I just want my money back.
