Click U Conversation — spoof call from click u conversation and deducted amount of 7774 from my account

I got a call from a person calling from click you conversation offered me few services on my credit card and for those services they are charging rs 7774. As i don't took those service but still an amount of rs. 7774 get deducted against those services. This transaction is happened on 11th january 2018 against my will and i also not get the services which are offered to me by click u conversation. I request you to investigate about the case and block the account in which money is transferred and please take strict action against such type of peoples.
