Clickkarr.com — the product is very poor quality

I have ordered a kurti and i got a different dress with very poor quality, some old dress which looks so dirty. It is very much disgusting of clickkarr.com to sell such products to customers. They are making people fools by selling such third quality products. If they can't sell good products its better they stop it. I am very much disappointed. I want my refund back and the site doesn't provide any option for refund.
