On 16th October 2024, I ordered Apple Watch Series 10 GPS 46mm Jet Black Aluminium Case with Black Sport Band - M/L from AMAZON.IN.
The seller is Clicktech Retail Private Limited. I received a product that was faulty; plus inside a sealed package I did not receive the band of the Apple Watch.
Amazon did not provide me any resolution. I complained the next day only. I have all the trail mails. But still they did not provide me any resolution- i even asked for the product to be exchanged; but got no response. Its clear that CLICKTECH HAS BEEN DOING SIMILAR FRUADS. Its all over the internet.
Now I am stuck with a faulty watch and no BAND. I even cancelled my credit card from where i made the payment. The credit card company is now sending me EMI bills.
Please address this resolution. I have the packet and the faulty watch that was send to me/ without band. And all the necessary details. Was this information helpful? |
