I ordered a power bank and bluetooth headphone which was delivered on 19May 2019. I paid the cash and unboxed the parcel but i found just one powerbank and the Bluetooth headset is not in the box and then later understood that the power bank didn't work as well... I tried to call the parcel service but they told it's the website problem.. Then i called the website according to the number they gave me. But it's unattended everyone i call it. I want to return their things and want a cashback but am unable to do it. I am cheated and want a help... Plz help
