My technician said he would service mother board but wanted to take the machine to do service, later they quoted a huge price of Ra 14000/- in addition to Rs 2250/-they collected for mesh and transport, when I refused to accept they offered me service for rs 6000/-, I was puzzled and not convinced at the two different quotes they were making, so I asked them to condemn the machine and pat me back. Almost everyday I am calling and they are not responding, today when I said O will raise the issue with the grievance cell and consumer court, they call me but I am not happy with the service. Siemens is a reputed company, let these type of franchise not spoil that.
