I gave my hp notebook for service for battery issues, the suggested me to go with a new battery. But the same problem exits, this time they said there is a problem with motherboard and it must be replaced, and they also did it, the replaced motherboard was not working on usb, hdmi, and audio jack was not working, again they replaced another motherboard. By doing this the activation of windows went off... Am really fed up with the service
