I have been a loyal customer of their laser treatment services for the past two years, but I feel compelled to bring a pressing issue to the attention of this consumer forum.

One month ago, I had scheduled an appointment with Clinic Dermatech for my ongoing laser treatment. However, due to unforeseen personal circumstances, I needed to reschedule the appointment. Recognizing the need for flexibility, I made numerous attempts to contact Clinic Dermatech two weeks in advance, seeking to either swap my session with another client or secure an appointment for the day before or after my originally scheduled date. I was even willing to split my session into two separate days to accommodate their availability.

Regrettably, my attempts to reach Clinic Dermatech were met with utter silence. To my astonishment, I received the same disheartening response each time I managed to connect with them, which was infrequent at best. Their rigid policy dictates that they will only contact clients one day prior to their appointments, and if a cancellation occurs, only then would they inform me.
