I am writing to express my deep concern and frustration regarding the delayed refund of Rs. 82, 000 that is due to me for my stay at Hyphen Sycamore Tree property under Clique Life Private Limited.
As per the terms outlined in my contract, the amount was to be refunded within 15 days of vacating the space, which I did on October 31, 2024. It has now been over 65 days, and despite numerous follow-up calls and emails, I have not received the refund or any clear communication regarding the delay. I have been repeatedly told that the finance team is working on the refund summary, with promises that the issue will be resolved "today" or "tomorrow." However, these promises have not been fulfilled, and the delay is becoming increasingly unacceptable.
I am entitled to the refund as per the terms of the agreement. This prolonged delay and lack of professionalism are highly concerning. Can someone pls help here ! Was this information helpful? |
