Clix Capital Services Pvt. Ltd. (clixfin) / Paytm (one97 Communications Ltd.) — Misleading Loan Closure, Wrong NOC Issued, and False Credit Reporting by Clix Capital / Paytm (ClixFin)

I am filing this public complaint against Clix Capital Services Pvt. Ltd. (ClixFin) and Paytm (One97 Communications Ltd.) for financial misconduct, wrong NOC issuance, misleading communication, and mental harassment over several years.

1️⃣ Loan and Account Details

Loan Type: Paytm Postpaid / Consumer Loan (via ClixFin)

Loan Account Number:[protected]

Ownership: Individual

Original Loan Amount: ₹3, 000

Settlement Amount Paid: ₹15, 000 on 10 October 2025

NOC Issue Date (Incorrect): 17 October 2025

Despite making full and final settlement, my CIBIL report still shows:

Current Balance: ₹9, 139

Amount Overdue: ₹8, 460

This is false and has damaged my credit score and reputation.

2️⃣ Incorrect and Fraudulent NOC

Clix Capital issued a No Objection Certificate (NOC) in the wrong name — “Ram Sahani” instead of “Ram Ratan Sahani”, even though my Aadhaar and PAN show the correct name.
I requested correction multiple times, but no action was taken. This indicates negligence and data mismatch.

3️⃣ Misleading Communication & Access Denial

I have received multiple official emails from Clix stating “Case ID closed successfully”, but when I try to log in to their portal https://my.clix.capital/login, it shows an alert:

“Email ID or mobile number not registered with Clix Capital.”

This is contradictory and misleading — they recognize my data enough to email me but deny me access to verify records.

4️⃣ Long-Term Negligence and Harassment

For over 4–5 years, I have been contacting Paytm and Clix Capital for resolution through:

Emails and complaint tickets

Paytm customer care calls

Social media escalations (Twitter/X)

RBI and Consumer complaints

No genuine response has been provided. This continuous negligence has caused:

Mental stress and frustration

Loss of time and productivity

Health issues due to harassment

Credit score drop and financial damage

5️⃣ Paytm App Shows False Loan Dues

Even after paying ₹15, 000 to settle a ₹3, 000 loan, Paytm’s Postpaid section still shows inflated dues of around ₹90, 000.
This is a serious issue of data integrity and false reporting.

6️⃣ Proofs Attached

Incorrect NOC (wrong name)

Proof of ₹15, 000 payment to Clix Capital

CIBIL report showing false overdue amount

Communication trail (emails, social media, calls)

Paytm app screenshot showing inflated dues

7️⃣ Relief Requested

I request India Consumer Forum and concerned authorities to help ensure:

A corrected NOC with my proper name (Ram Ratan Sahani).

CIBIL / bureau update marking the account as Closed – Fully Paid.

Action against Clix Capital / Paytm for false reporting and misleading communications.

Compensation for financial loss, mental harassment, and damage to my credit history.

Complaint Subject:
Incorrect CIBIL Reporting & Unresolved Loan Closure Issues by Clix Capital / Paytm Postpaid

Complaint Details:
I am filing this complaint against Clix Capital Services Pvt. Ltd. and Paytm Postpaid regarding serious negligence, incorrect CIBIL reporting, and mental harassment caused due to repeated delays and false commitments.

My Paytm Postpaid loan (Loan Account No:[protected] was settled on 10 October 2025, and Clix Capital confirmed loan closure on 17 October 2025. However, even after more than a month:

My CIBIL report still shows the account as ACTIVE.

DPD and overdue amounts have not been corrected.

Repeated email responses are the same copy-paste message with no resolution.

My name is still incorrect on the NOC despite multiple follow-ups.

Both Paytm and Clix Capital keep shifting responsibility.

This has caused financial loss, mental stress, and CIBIL score damage even after full payment.

I request the forum to take strict action and instruct the company to:

Update my CIBIL data immediately

Provide correct NOC with full name

Fix overdue and DPD errors

Stop sending automated repeated emails

Clarify who is responsible for this negligence

I expect urgent intervention.
