Sir,
I was purchase a coirfine mattress 6'24" from your dealer at Vrindaban Ditt Mathura price pay Rs-4750/- , M/s Agrwal Furniture House Bankhandi Mahadev Vrindaban Mathura Mobile No-[protected] on dated 03 August 2011. after one month use problem occur in the shape of mattress Then lodge complain to your dealer Mr. Ajay partner M/s Agrwal Furniture House they come after so many time reminder they come my house then see the problem they agree with me & say you send this mattress at our our showroom on dated 12 April 2012"company people see this then I solve your problem replace this mattress" after that I am out of station for very long time .
Now they offer the rs-3900/-the reused cost of our mattress I requesting the officer, Name & phone no. they give after 6 days Mr. Amit phone-[protected].
I was discuss with them yesterday they reply no problem in our mattress so I reply why you discuss with me Why your dealer accept the problem & advise for send this mattress at their showroom they not satisfied us Not give the their boss mobile no so I lodge the complain through email
Please solve my problem replace my mattress or my money Rs-4750/- otherwise I will go in the Law Of court through a reputated consumer organization.
