I had bought an American Eagle shirt that I ordered vide #[protected]. The shirt they sold me is not genuine and definitely looks / smells like an used shirt. I received the shirt on the 9th of Sep 2013 and immediately lodged a complaint with their customer support team on the 10th of Sep 2013.
I did not receive a response from them and called up their customer care number[protected] on 17th of Sep 2013 at 12.18 p.m. Their customer care executive advised me to send an email to their quality department who will verify my claim and help me in returning the product / receiving refund of my money. I sent the quality department at Digaaz an email on the same day, as below.
I have not received a response from them yet and it is almost 2 weeks since I first registered a complaint with them. I paid Rs.800 odd for the shirt and am looking for a refund of my money. Was this information helpful? |
