dear sir, this is vikram dhawan .
I made an order with "www.digaaz.com" i received the product on 16/8/2013 ,the product i orderd was not the same colour i orderd,i had sent the product back as the company suggested the person arrived on 23rd for reverse pick up.The company told me that they received the product on 26/8/2013..since then i have contacted digaaz.com many times .There attitude is false ,always give me assurance that the product will reach me soon,but there was no response by digaaz...now the last action with me is to seek help from "consumer complaints forum".
WHAT AM I SUPPOSE TO DO NOW?
please help me i would be very thankful to you.
