[Resolved]  J Fontini - Mochi — J Fontini Shoes purchase from Mochi, worst ever seen services

Hi I Have purchased a J Fontini Shoes from Mochi in July 2012 worth Rs 4500 +

as per Mochi , J Fontini is one of their premier range and they are bound to give good service

now in the month of Feb 2013 there is some problem in that , its sole is broken , has got one hole in it ,

now when i go to Mochi i get a feedback that you produce the bill and this is a premier range shoes , you should not wear it every day ,

these are party shoes , and you were wearing on regular basis, "it has got a warranty of just 3 months" "we cant help it,

if you want then we can send it to factory and it will take min 20 working days or so" , i asked them about duplicate bill as i made card payment , their reply "we can not find it" , "we don't keep data for more then 3 months"


Friend to be very honest who keeps shoes bill for 12 month ? if these guys can not serve a premium range customer god knows how they are in market,

these guys just know how to sell , no responsibility for services ........................
